UrbanMatchTM Cancellation Policy
You may terminate your UrbanMatch membership at any time, for any reason. But the payments made by member by way of registration / membership / renewal fee / auto renewal are /are treated as non-refundable. In case you are unable to attend the event/mixer after registration, please inform us at two days in advance. Failure to notify us may affect your eligibility for future events.
UrbanMatchTM Refund Policy
In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any subscription fees, if any, paid by you. All registrations are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
